You "the Hirer" are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire.
No signs are to be glued/taped or hung on our castles in any way.
You are responsible for adequate adult supervision when equipment is in use. Castles must not be left unattended, and if hired overnight, the unit along with all accessories must be stored indoors.
Shoes must be removed before using Bouncy Castles and climbing up the walls/barriers must be prevented. Food, drink, glasses and belts and pets are not allowed on any units.
The Hirer is responsible for safe keeping of items. You will be charged for any damage caused to them or for any items missing on their return.
Equipment returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge. Face-paints & bouncy castles do not mix! They can stain the castle, and so children with face-paints are not allowed.
We check all units on delivery and your payment indicates acceptance of the items as being in good, clean condition.
Only our delivery driver is authorised to collect items and under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver.
As with all electrical apliances extreme caution is to be taken with extension cables. Bouncy Castle blowers must never be covered when in use.
You must ensure units are staked down at all times, and use discretion in high wind or bad weather.
